Marcus’s journey with Energy Resource Center began in 2009 when he joined the team as an entry level Energy Technician. He began to develop a deep passion for home energy efficiency and improving the lives of members of our Colorado communities. Marcus was driven by a commitment to high quality installs, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to enhance home safety and energy efficiency.

His dedication and innovative approach to energy solutions propelled him rapidly up the organizational ladder. Through roles as Crew Leader, Energy Auditor, and Quality Control Inspector, Marcus consistently demonstrated leadership and a deep commitment to the agency’s mission. His ascent continued as he became the Field Operations Manager and then the Chief Operating Officer, mastering every aspect of the organization’s operations along the way.

In March 2024, Marcus proudly stepped into his role as Chief Executive Officer. He is both grateful and humbled by the opportunity to lead the organization into the future. Marcus is deeply dedicated to ensuring that clients live in safe, comfortable, and affordable homes, a commitment that has been the hallmark of his career at Energy Resource Center.
