My furnace went out 2 times during the coldest days,after qualifying for a audit and having Dylan and Pablo put a new efficient one in my family and I where so happy .these guys are above and beyond good people ,very polite,down to earth and thorough we have had a lot of changes in our household and supporting 5 plus myself on a minimal budget this place is amazing.the guys and there crue where amazing. Thankyou all of you very much. They definitely made our lives better and I am looking forward to lower bills …yeeeehaaa

We had a furnace placed in today. Firstly, we are so thankful for this organization as we had a furnace that was original to our home in 1995. We are a family with 5 children, so this was very much needed living up in the mountain. We get extreme winters up here so we are so appreciative of their existence. We had Pablo and Dylan. We couldn’t have asked for better humans to have done the job for our family. They are extremely knowledgeable, so organized and considerate of keeping our home clean, and they were the nicest guys. We felt so comfortable having them in our home for the entire day. They worked so hard and we are so grateful for every minute they spent with us. Thank you, guys! Contractors absolutely the best and so happy with the people and work that we have received. You’re all such a blessing 🙂

just had a furnance put in today(10-19-22), by Pablo and Dylan. They did an awesome job and was very nice men, I would recommend to any one in need of their services.Very plesant men..

I want to thank the northern Colorado crew who worked hard to provide me a new furnace and outstanding weatherization upgrades. Dylan and the rest of the furnace crew were absolute professionals and were gracious and kind. THANK YOU one and all.

I want to give thanks to the Energy Resource Center-to each staff member I dealt with either over the phone, in person or by email. They were all very respectful friendly, and professional. They communicated to me in advance regarding the process and the expected time frame for completion. Bill was great at getting the ball rolling. Bill would contact me to go over the schedule of when the crew would be coming to my home to do their part. There was a special part that needed to be ordered and I was kept informed of the status of that. Pablo and Dylan just recently finished installing the furnaces and they did an excellent job. They were great at answering my questions and explaining important information to me about the furnaces. Also, they were very careful when going into my home with tools, ladders, etc…They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. My home is a much older home and I know there were some challenges, which they handled very professionally.

I am so impressed with the installation of my new furnace! Pablo and Dylan were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They made quick work of the installation and made sure to clean up after the work was done. Their explanations of what they were doing and why were very helpful. Thank you both for making this installation a pleasant experience. Thank you also to Bill for his expertise, explanation of what needed to be done, and answering all my questions. ERC has provided the best service I’ve had in a long while. It is very much appreciated!

From the initial acceptance of my application to the installation of the new furnace and from the office staff and supervisory staff to the boots on the ground workers, there is nothing that I would change. Professional, skilled, courteous and kind, this experience has so far restored my faith in good construction people. Thanks Dylan & Pablo and bill and John and crew of ERC staff in Loveland. Pablo and Dylan did a fantastic job installing my furnace! Dylan was extremely helpful in showing me how to operate my new thermostat and getting it setup. Both were very professional, proficient and friendly. Thanks for all of your hard work, and thank you Energy Resource.

I was very, very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of every man who came out and worked at my home. From the inspection (Mick & Jerry), the HVAC crew (Jerry, John, Pablo & Dylan), the plumbers (Brian & Mason), the insulation crew (John, Eric & Braxton), the “boss” (Toby), and let’s not forget the office staff (Sawyer) – ALL were AMAZING as well as very caring. Felt very comfortable having them all in my home.

This entire experience has been nothing short of amazing! It began with Deneisha in the office greeting us with kindness and professionalism, to all the guys who came to my home. Mr. Lopez and his crew came to my home and fully assessed what needed to be done to improve my home. Things got rolling right away and with the nicest guys! EVERYONE was kind, professional, considerate and friendly! Upon completion of the work, Marcus Redden came and inspected the work. He also fine tuned some things. Marcus asked if there was anything else I needed!! Wow….just so impressed with everyone and the improvements done to my home. My sincere thanks to you all!

Dylan and Pablo installed my furnce the last two days. They are very nice, friendly and experts in their job. They were aware of making sure the rugs, floors and stairs were covered with drop cloths and cleaned up every bit of mess they made. They explained what they were doing and why it was done that way. They are excellent workers and I enjoyed having them in my home.

I had a fantastic experience with Pablo and Dylan from the Energy Resource Center in helping me with my heating. Truly appreciated! Later, James with his weatherization crew came by and they helped me test my furnace and with weather stripping my front door. This will help lower my energy usage and make my place more comfortable! Thank you Bill and Energy Resource Center for helping me out.

I was totally blessed today as Pablo and Dylan installed my new furnace. They were so pleasant while they were here. They were professional and courteous. I am so thankful for the work that ERC does for families in need. I can never say thank you enough to these two gentlemen and this organization.
