Do you qualify?
To qualify, income has to be less than 60% of state median income guidelines.
Qualification for ERC assistance is based on household income in relation to federal poverty guidelines: 60% of State Median Income or 200% or below the federal poverty level. If you or someone in your household is already enrolled in a government safety-net program such as LEAP, SNAP, TANF, AND or Supplemental Security Income, you automatically qualify to apply.
