John (JW) started in Weatherization in 1995 and loves the work we do for people who are less fortunate. JW is a true example of moving up in a company, starting as an energy technician at the age of 18, he moved through the ranks to where he is today as the Pikes Peak Regional Director. Climbing the chain, succeeding in multiple positions excited JW and he humbly accepts the challenges and rewards of his new role.

He takes his experience and time at ERC seriously and has a passion for encouraging his employees. “My favorite part of my job is helping young people learn and grow in the workforce in a positive culture”. His leadership style shows in the trust he has in his staff, the trust they have in him, and the positive energy he has been able to instill in his team.

JW is a proud father of four children and a crazy fisherman, fishing whenever he can: rain, shine, or snow.
