While working in San Diego, for a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering firm, Chet became the point person for running energy analysis for residential and commercial projects. This sparked a great interest in saving energy. In 1992, Chet moved his young family to Denver. Looking for his dream job of being able to help people and making a difference in the environment. He found it working in weatherization. After 10 years, he left weatherization to work in the private sector.

Chet missed the people and the purpose. In 2010, the opportunity rose to rejoin the weatherization community, he quickly accepted. Chet has been working in the Denver community in weatherization since. Chet’s passion for the work shows in his leadership and his staff.
