Ted joined ERC as a full-time employee in February 2021, following a three-month tenure as a temp. Shortly after his transition to a permanent role, he was promoted to Crew Lead. After a year of driving production and being the lead of a top performing team, he advanced to Trainer for Colorado Springs, where a critical need was identified for a more efficient onboarding process. Ted spearheaded the development of a streamlined new hire onboarding system and a comprehensive training program with much support from ERC leadership which was subsequently adopted across all ERC sites.

In his role as ERC Agency Trainer, he’s helped establish a regional training team to standardize ERC’s training practices and has been instrumental in hiring to full capacity for ERC COS, which significantly reduced employee attrition—a trend that continues today in Colorado Springs.

In May 2024, Ted was promoted to Director of Resources for ERC. In this role, Ted has been focused on securing grant funding for ERC across all locations with an emphasis on nurturing pre-existing philanthropic relationships and fostering new ones. Ted is also in charge of workforce development and manages ERCs Human Resources.

Outside of work, Ted is a seasoned rock climber with 24 years of experience, often seen scaling Colorado’s highest peaks year-round, including in the depths of winter. Additionally, as a lifelong artist, he actively engages in various creative pursuits across multiple mediums
