Diamantina has been with ERC since 2009. She has had experience in reporting, financials, and client relations in those years. As the right-hand lady to the CFO of over 30 years she decided to go back to school and earn a AAS in Accounting (graduating with Honors) to expand her knowledge on the financial side of weatherization. She has earned the title of her predecessor as Chief Financial Officer.

Diamantina’s knowledge at ERC has grown with the organization and she continues to learn every day. She enjoys working at ERC because of the work we do and her co-workers.  “My co-workers are the reason I stay motivated because we feel like family and are very supportive of each other”.

Diamantina has a great passion for helping others who are less fortunate. Diamantina takes pride in spending time with her family and gardening. She loves interior design and window shopping during her free time. During winter months, she makes and delivers goodie bags for the homeless community.
